This method of analysis and division of activities by importance and priority is found in the Eisenhower matrix which serves precisely to order priorities by separating what is urgent from what is superfluous, classifying daily activities according to their degree of urgency and / or importance.
This model, which can be easily found on the Internet, can be customized according to your needs. There are also other methods and tools that can be used, the important thing is to choose the right one fin order to be able to plan our TO DO LIST.
Once you have decided how to manage our activities and tasks it is important to give us a DISCIPLINE, to be FOCUSED on the objectives without wasting time, this is the most effective way to achieve a real organization of the day without feeling the pressure and anxiety that derives from not being able to do what was intended.
