Easter is the first feast of the year and brings with it joy and hope.
It comes soon after spring has “blossomed” and for this there is a quantity of magnificent flowers and plants at their best with bright and fresh colors.
The Easter table is full not only of flowers but also of porcelain with a vintage flavor glazed in shades ranging from white to ecru, but also blue, lavender, pale green, pink …
We also take the opportunity to bring out beautiful ceramic decorations in the shape of hens, bunnies, nests made of straw and eggs of every color and decoration.
Among the many flowers, daffodils, tulips, hyacinths, muscari and snapdragons appear on our tables, filling them with liveliness and freshness.
We can create simple and rustic centerpieces by placing the bulbs in small cups or bowls, or inside egg shells with colored feathers and twigs.
If we like it more, we can create a country chic atmosphere using embroidered linen or cotton tablecloths from grandmother’s kit or old trunks, with matching and well-ironed napkins.
Crystal candlesticks and polished silver cutlery for the occasion.
The atmosphere is completed by beautiful porcelain or glass vases that will contain freshly blossomed flowers in bright colors, snapdragons, lilies and white freesias.
As a placeholder a few sprigs of lavender or a single flower, without exceeding too much.
If, on the other hand, you like more to recreate a fairytale style, your table will be populated with sweet and romantic bunnies and chicks, you will breathe an enchanted atmosphere made of soft colors, satin ribbons and small nests and baskets to contain many decorated eggs.
We can use cotton tablecloths in plain colors and delicate shades or with small decorations on which to create a fairytale mise en place.
The accessories and decorative details will make the difference and will characterize your table and will give a special touch to your mise en place.
